When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• The topic you select and the message you write
• A record of your consent: the date and time you agreed and the version of this policy you agreed to

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our fonts and images are served from our own website rather than third-party trackers.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

We use the personal data you provide only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and follow up on it
• Send you an email confirming we received your message
• Keep a record of your consent, as the law requires
